DOMESTIC SHIPPING (all orders shipped within the United States)

Orders with a cart total less than $100 is charged a $10 flat shipping rate.

Orders with a cart total between $100 - $250 are charged a $15 flat shipping rate.

Orders with a cart total over $250 receive FREE GROUND SHIPPING! Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout. Due to their weight, rugs are usually shipped via UPS ground shipping, but depending on the proximity of the location may also use USPS priority mail. If you need your order to arrive to you faster than ground shipping (1-5 business days, not guaranteed), please email us at mintandwool@gmail.com and we will send you a custom shipping quote.

Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. Once the package is in the hands of the carrier, Mint & Wool is not liable for what happens to your package while in transit, therefore we highly recommend selecting Route+ at checkout to protect your shipment. 

On shipments with a value of $300+, we add a complimentary signature requirement to the deliveries as to avoid unattended packages after delivery. If you are not able to sign for your package after several delivery attempts, UPS/USPS will hold your package at the nearest UPS/USPS location. If you prefer to have your package shipped without a signature confirmation, please email us at mintandwool@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order and we will be sure to omit it.

We are pleased to announce that we ship our products worldwide!

All orders are sent via USPS with $49 international flat rate shipping. In some cases, the shipping cost may be less than $49. If this occurs, we will refund your original method of payment any difference in shipping cost that is over $5.

In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is damaged upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. *Claims for packages marked as “delivered” must be filed after 2 days and before 10 days from the date the package was marked “delivered.” Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 5 days and within 30 days from the last status update.

RETURNS

If for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, domestic returns can be made on most items up to 14 days after date of purchase for in-store credit or exchange. Please send an email to mintandwool@gmail.com for return instructions.  

Item must be in the same condition as it was upon receiving. 

In-store credit never expires. 

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for all returns. 

We do not credit for initial shipping and handling charges.
